We've redesigned LogTen's layout on iOS!
Some of the information and/or images on this page may look a little bit different. We're working on updating our articles. In the meantime, you can read about the changes here.
- On iPhone, open LogTen and go to Admin → Profile Type in your email address, tap Reset Password and you will receive an email with instructions for setting up your new password.
- On iPad, head to the left navigation menu, tap on Profile, and after entering your email address, you can tap the Reset Password button.
- On Mac, open LogTen and go to the LogTen menu at the top of your screen, and choose Account. Type in your email address, tap Reset Password and you will receive an email with instructions for setting up your new password.

**Note:** Coradine Accounts were introduced in 2015, and they are NOT the same as your account on our help website, or your Apple ID. So if you recently upgraded from LogTen 6, or your email is not recognized, there is a good chance you simply don’t have an account yet. Please create a new account in order to sync and view/purchase subscriptions.
