How do I Reset my Password?
  • On iPhone, open LogTen and go to Admin → Profile Type in your email address, tap Reset Password and you will receive an email with instructions for setting up your new password. 
  • On iPad, head to the left navigation menu, tap on Profile, and after entering your email address, you can tap the Reset Password button.
  • On Mac, open LogTen and go to the LogTen menu at the top of your screen, and choose Account. Type in your email address, tap Reset Password and you will receive an email with instructions for setting up your new password.

**Note:** Coradine Accounts were introduced in 2015, and they are NOT the same as your account on our help website, or your Apple ID. So if you recently upgraded from LogTen 6, or your email is not recognized, there is a good chance you simply don’t have an account yet. Please create a new account in order to sync and view/purchase subscriptions.

Why am I not receiving the Reset Password email?

If you do not see the Reset Password email in your inbox, please be sure to check your junk or spam folders. Additionally, we recommend accessing your email from a web browser because sometimes 3rd party mail applications, such as Apple Mail or Spark, will not display all junk/spam emails.

Gmail, in particular, has been known to filter the emails as spam or junk. On Gmail, we suggest logging in from a web browser and checking the All Mail folder. This folder is often hidden in the More menu.

How do I change my Coradine Account email?

If you ever need or want to change your Coradine Account the best thing to do is to contact our support team for assistance. That way we can transfer your account history into your new email.
