What is a Coradine Account?

The Coradine account is an In-App account system that allows you to use your LogTen Pro subscription on multiple devices. You can use any valid email address as your account. Coradine Accounts are separate from your Apple ID, iTunes Store. As such the email address you register could be the same as your Apple ID or it could be different, it does not make any difference. To create an account see Creating a Coradine Account.

 Note: Your Coradine Account does NOT hold a backup of your logbook. To back up your data please see our Backups section here.

 

Why am I not receiving the Reset Password email? 

 If you do not see the Reset Password email in your inbox, please be sure to check your junk or spam folders. Additionally, we recommend accessing your email from a web browser because sometimes 3rd party mail applications, such as Apple Mail or Spark, will not display all junk/spam emails.

Gmail, in particular, has been known to filter the emails as spam or junk. On Gmail, we suggest logging in from a web browser and checking the All Mail folder. This fold is often hidden in the More menu.

How do I change my Coradine Account email?

If you ever need or want to change your Coradine Account the best thing to do is to contact our support team for assistance. That way we can transfer your account history into your new email.
