Purchasing a Subscription

If you haven't already, you will first need to download the app. LogTen is free to download. The subscription is purchased inside the app after downloading.

Before you can purchase a subscription, you'll be asked to log in with your Coradine Account. If you need to create an account see Create a Coradine Account. Your Coradine Account allows you to use your LogTen subscription on multiple devices by keeping track of your subscription status.

All subscriptions are purchased in-app from the Store tab. To access the Store tab:

  • On iOS, go to More > Settings > Store
  • On Mac, go to the LogTen menu in the top-left menu bar and select Store

Here all 3 subscription options will be displayed as well as your App Store region prices for each:

  • iPhone + iPad + Mac (displayed as Mac + iPhone + iPad on Mac)
  • Mac
  • iPhone + iPad

Since LogTen is two separate apps, the iOS app (iPhone + iPad), and the macOS app, you can purchase either app individually or you can purchase a combined subscription. You can see more information about each option by tapping/clicking on it.

Note: The iPhone + iPad app is one app. We display it as "iPhone + iPad" for clarity as to what devices work with that option.

Once you have made your purchase your subscription should show at the bottom of the Store tab on iOS, or on Mac in the Store > Purchased page. You will also be able to see the auto-renewal date.
