First, please ensure that you are signed into the iTunes Store with the same Apple ID that Apple processed the renewal on. Next, use the Restore Purchases button to retrieve your latest subscription from the App Store.
- On iOS, find this in More >> Settings >> Store.
- On Mac, select the LogTen Pro menu, choose Store, and select the Purchased tab.
Note: You must be logged into your Coradine Account to Restore Purchases
