If one of your devices has updated to LogTen 'Lightning', then you will need to update all your devices for them to sync. This article will show how to check what version of Logten your devices are using, and how to update if needed.
Checking the LogTen version on your device
If your Logten does not say "Lightning" in the version title, then you are running an older version of Logten. Here is how you can check.
- On a Mac, while the app is open select the LogTen menu in the top-left menu bar of your computer. Then select About Logten.
- On iOS, go to Account > Settings > About
How to manually update your app via the App Store
If one of your devices is not on Lightning, you can manually update it in the App Store. Just open the App Store and select "Updates".
*Please note: Your devices must be running macOS 12 & iOS 15 or higher to update.
