Reset iCloud
There is a function to completely Reset all iCloud Sync data for use in abnormal situations in which Restarting iCloud by itself does not work. It also only clears the sync data in iCloud but leaves any logbook backups in iCloud untouched.
Please be advised that it is always recommended to routinely Backup your logbook on each device, especially when activating sync.
Mac:
- Open LogTen for Mac, and select the *Window* menu at the top of the screen.
- Press and hold Command + Option ( ⌘ + ⌥ ), and Display Available Report Keys will change to Show Troubleshooting Menu.
- Select Show Troubleshooting Menu and then let go of the keys. This will display a new Troubleshooting menu at the top menu bar.
- Open this new menu, and then select Reset All iCloud Sync Data.
iOS:
- On your iOS app go to Settings.
- In Settings, long-press anywhere on the screen for about 3 seconds. A new Troubleshooting menu will appear.
- Select Troubleshooting and then tap Reset All iCloud Sync Data.
Do this on all of your devices and wait a few minutes for iCloud data to clear. Then perform the Restart procedure.

My logten pro app stops responding to anything about two seconds after it opens. It worked fine for the past year but now I need this for a job and I can't get my info. Please help!!
Hi leachs23..Sorry to hear this is happening. If this is an urgent issue please submit a ticket via this page to receive 1 on1 support. If the issue you are describing is associated with iCloud then turning off iCloud for LogTen in your system setting will usually stop this from occurring. On iOS go to your device Settings app then your Apple ID > iCloud > LogTen Pro > select OFF. On Mac go to System Preferences > Apple ID > iCloud Drive [Options] then turn off LogTen Pro.
